Cameron Langford,
Founder & Principal Consultant

Cameron Langford is a writer and communications strategist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of tech, media, and politics.
Most recently she ran company communications at Epic Games (internal and external comms about culture, personnel, and financials) in the wake of 10x headcount growth and double-digit acquisitions. As part of her role, she coached the company’s C-suite on how to present at companywide town halls and onstage at Cannes, and helped longtime team members adapt to their new roles as the leaders of a multi-billion-dollar international scale up.
Previously she led executive communications at Palantir Technologies, helping craft the company’s narrative building up to and following its 20B direct listing in 2020. She was also the first chief of staff at a boutique communications agency led by Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s longtime press secretary, Stu Loeser, where she worked with clients like Google, Uber, and several ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Cameron began her career in the White House, at Sports Illustrated, and on presidential campaigns. She received her AB summa cum laude from Princeton University in Politics and her MPhil with distinction from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar.
She splits her time between Brooklyn and the South and is currently working on her first novel.
